COMPANY

MOLorporated, a California corporation, was founded in January 1995. The company began operations six months later, providing a simple medical directory on its Website. During the next five years, MOL. added products and services geared to consumers and to providers of healthcare- especially physicians and dentists- eventually establishing consumer portal www.medicineonline.com and professional portal www.MOL.net.

In November 1999, we envisioned a reverse auction site that would enable individual patients and multi-patient groups to search for and select individual doctor specialists and multi-doctor practices over the Web. On 06 March 2000, we launched two unique (patent pending), innovative sites called Bid For Surgery and Bid For Medicine. Bid For Surgery was an instant success with consumers and the press. Bid For Medicine was started as a beta and generated strong interest with consumers. 2. We're trustworthy. We maintain the anonymity and confidentiality of posted requests. We don't have two stories- one internal and the other external- on any topic, for any reason. When we goof, we make it right, right away.

3. We treat others with respect.

o Consumers, doctors, dentists, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, vendors, our co-workers et al. are our customers and we win their loyalty with an attitude of service.

o We believe in discussing opposing viewpoints collegially and in public forum for the informed consumer to decide relative merits. Even our harshest critics offer us kernels of wisdom and opportunities for improvement.

4. We run a business. We are cognizant that our actions have bottom-line impact, so we contribute our opinions, add value, reduce costs, and spread our story.

5. We treat ourselves well. Emotional and physical well-being is important for success, and for maintaining the energy level required of us. Laughter is a good measure of well-being!
